Through drilled ribs using skin pilot holes. Through drilled hinge pilot holes into the skin. Clecoed all together and updrilled holes with 1/8" bit. Disassembled and deburred.
Confirmed all the internal structure was satisfacory and reassembled.
Weighted aileron to keep it flat and installed rivets. Torgue on the counterbalance bolts will wait until final assembly to the wing in case they need to be removed for some reason.
Both ailerons are complete except for a couple of rivets that are too close to adjacent structure to install without an offset wedge.
